I know a friend who does the forex currency trading system, and he has done so well that now he is at the point where his income is starting to double itself every few weeks. Pretty soon he'll probably be nice and well off (time to ask him for money...).

The answer is simple. FOREX stands for "foreign exchange", and it deals with the foreign currency market. Trading a dollar for a Mexican peso and so on. That kind of stuff. Where you make money is the exchange rates and how they change based on world factors. There are programs and training classes to take (check out tradingpostfx.com) to get you started, and eventually you can do your own thing once you get a feel for the patterns and can anticipate a good trade.

With the forex currency trading system its all about consistent effort and patience. Give it two or three years and you will be doing very well off - that's what I've seen in everyone who's tried it.
